Return or refund is possible within 48-Hours from the time of purchasing any device, in case of technical malfunctioning or manufacturing defects in the devices.

The responsibility of choosing the right device for the car lies with the customer.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and all the package contents are present.

To start a return or refund send us the name and phone number you registered when you ordered. You can contact us through our Instagram page or through our WhatsApp.

Please note that you will be liable for the return shipping cost.

In case of return, our shipping representative will receive the device from you. It will arrive to us, be examined and verified to be in its original condition in which it was sent. After that the customer will be contacted to transfer the amount via InsaPay or VodafoneCash within 5-7 working days.

المرتجع او الاستبدال:

يجوز الاسترجاع او الاستبدال في خلال ٤٨ ساعة من وقت استلام الاوردر في حالة وجود عطل فني او عيوب مصنعية و بشرط تواجد حالة الجهاز ومحتوياته بنفس حالة الاستلام.

 مسؤولية اختيار نوع الجهاز المناسب للسيارة هي مسؤولية العميل.

 في حالة الاسترجاع او الاستبدال ابعت لنا رسالة على صفحة الانستجرام الخاصة بنا او على الواتس اب واحنا هنبعتلك المندوب يستلم الاوردر مع ارجاع مبلغ الجهاز ناقص مبلغ الشحن للمرة الثانية.

في حالة المرتجع عن طريق المندوب يتم ارسال المندوب وعند وصول الجهاز الينا يتم فحصه والتأكد انه على حالته الاصلية المرسل بها وبعدها يتم التواصل مع العميل لتحويل المبلغ انستاباي او فودافون كاش وذلك خلال 7 - 5 ايام عمل.

We provide 6-Month warranty with all devices.

The warranty covers any technical malfunctions or manufacturing defects in the device. It does not cover misuse or breakage.

If there is any technical problems with the device, the customer should contact us through our Instagram or through our WhatsApp, and explain the problem or technical malfunction, along with attached photos or videos to illustrate the malfunction. We will register a complaint and follow up with the customer.

The device or any part of its components will be replaced as soon as possible after confirming the malfunction.

يوجد ضمان لمدة ٦ شهور مع جميع الاجهزة.

 الضمان يشمل اي اعطال فنية او عيوب مصنعية في الجهار ولا يشمل سوء الاستخدام او الكسر.

 في حال وجود اي مشاكل فنية في الجهاز قم بإرسال رسالة على صفحة الانستجرام الخاصة بنا او على الواتس اب توضح فيها المشكلة او العطل الفني مع ارفاق صور او فيديوهات لتوضيح الاعطال وسنقوم بتسجيل شكوى ومتابعتها معك.

. يتم تبديل الجهاز او اي قطعة من محتوياته بعد التأكد من العطل في أسرع وقت ممكن.
